We’re a warm, multicultural family in San Francisco looking for a smart, passionate, and energetic nanny & early childhood educator to join our household and support our young child’s growth and learning. We’re especially looking for someone who can help with weekend, holiday, and early-morning coverage. The position can be part-time or full-time, and we’re open to live-in or live-out arrangements depending on your availability and interests. Who You Are: - Fluent in English — Mandarin or Spanish is a plus, but not required - Experienced with toddlers and comfortable caring for multiple children at once - Passionate about early childhood education, ideally with experience in preschool, kindergarten, or tutoring settings - Creative and thoughtful in designing engaging, age-appropriate activities - A safe, licensed driver who’s comfortable navigating city environments - Independent and self-motivated — able to take initiative and work confidently without micromanagement - Open to occasional travel (domestic and international) What We Offer: - Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and schedule - Healthcare benefits for long-term candidates - Employment through W-2 payroll
