We’re a family in San Carlos seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and experienced nanny for our 5‑month‑old daughter, starting in December. This is a long‑term, full‑time role. - Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~40 hrs/week - Location: San Carlos (94070) - Home setup: Parents work hybrid; single‑family home with a backyard - Responsibilities - Engage baby with loving, age‑appropriate play and conversation - Baby-related housework: tidy after activities, wash/sterilize bottles, baby laundry as needed - Track milestones; collaborate on introducing solids and supporting development - Backyard fresh air/play; neighborhood walks - Maintain excellent hygiene and safety practices - Share observations and welcome feedback; refine routines/approaches based on baby’s cues and parents’ preferences - Drive to local parks, library story time, and infant activities - About You - Kind, caring, honest, reliable; great communicator and proactive partner to parents - Proven infant experience; confident with routines, soothing, naps, and development - Strong knowledge of infant developmental milestones and domains; able to plan activities and document progress - Open to feedback with a flexible, growth mindset; comfortable revisiting prior approaches and adapting as needs evolve - Curious and research‑oriented (open to learning/teaching approaches) - Up‑to‑date CPR/First Aid certification - Non‑smoker; no drugs or alcohol - Clean background check; good driving record; reliable, insured car and comfortable driving baby locally - Legal authorization to work in the United StatesNanny job details
