About this nanny job

I’m looking for a part-time nanny for our 5-month-old starting November 21. We’re located in Lakewood, and care would be needed on Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM while I work from home. We’re hoping to find someone with at least 7 years of professional childcare experience and proven experience with infants. A background as a teacher, preschool assistant, or long-term nanny would be wonderful. Responsibilities include bottle feeding, naps, diaper changes, and engaging our baby in age-appropriate play like reading, music, and sensory activities. We prefer someone who uses gentle care and positive reinforcement, with no TV or screens during care. The ideal person is calm, patient, reliable, and communicative. Must be CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain), up to date on Tdap, COVID, and flu vaccinations, have reliable transportation, be comfortable with pets, a non-smoker and willing to complete a background check.
