About this nanny job

Looking for part-time nanny and/or nanny share Tuesday-Friday starting in January for our sweet daughter who will be 6 months old. The schedule: I work Tues-Fri 9-5, but my husband is a musician so the days of the week currently needed vary (can of course provide schedule in advance. Example of what to expect: guaranteed work January 6-May 8 would be approximately 15 full days 7:30am-5:30pm, 9 half-days in morning 7:30am-2pm, 11 half-days afternoon 11am-5:30pm). He often has additional work come up later on, which is why it would most likely be more work than listed. Not required but a plus would be someone who is occasionally available outside the times listed (I am also a musician and sometimes work on the weekends, too). Please note: I am aware this schedule is unorthodox, and we are certainly open to hiring someone for all Tuesday-Fridays if it’s the right fit. But, in case there is anyone out there with a more flexible schedule, I wanted to communicate our current needs openly first. About us/what we’re looking for: We live in a single family home in Redwood Heights, Oakland. We have one dog and one cat, both of whom are very sweet. We would love someone who is certified in CPR/First Aid and has experience caring for infants. Spanish-speaking is a plus! We are absolutely collaborative people and parents - we want someone who is kind, creative and willing to help us grow as parents too. We are absolutely open to a nanny share as well if any families see this who have an opening - as stated above we are open to being flexible with our schedule if it’s the right fit - don’t want to lose the right opportunity if our schedule is a deal breaker.
