About this nanny job

Hi, I'm looking for a nanny for my 1.5 year old boy starting January. I work afternoons in the hospital, so I need care from 2 PM till 7 PM. My older sons (7,9) year old are at school plus after care and would only need to be picked up from there around 4-5 pm and some days taken to their activities.
