About this nanny job

We’re looking for a warm, experienced nanny to care for our 3-month-old baby. The ideal candidate loves babies, is reliable, communicates clearly, takes feedback well, and maintains healthy professional boundaries. Responsibilities: feeding, diaper changes, naps, tummy time, cleaning bottles, keeping baby areas tidy, helping with gentle sleep training, and supporting the baby’s developmental milestones (tracking progress, encouraging age-appropriate play, and fostering healthy routines). We (the parents) work from home, so comfort working independently is important. Flexibility to adapt to the baby’s changing needs and routines — with safety as the top priority — is essential. Requirements: CPR/First Aid certification Newborn experience Up-to-date Tdap & flu vaccines Fluency in English or Hindi preferred Comfortable with cats Ideally, within 10 miles Flexible start date — hiring ASAP.
