About this nanny job

My family is looking for a part-time nanny for our 7-month-old. Days and times may vary M-F temporarily. I work a hybrid job and need someone to help with her while I work. Her routine revolves mostly around feeding, sleeping, and awake time. Her routine is flexible and we are still working on developing regular patterns. Her days consist of consistent naps followed by diaper changes, feedings and awake/play time. During her awake time, we are focused on tummy time, rolling, sitting, and high-contrast toys or books.
