About this nanny job

We are seeking part-time support for our two daughters (2 years + 5 months) in our home in Tampa. Approx. 15 hours/week (typically M/W/F 8:30am–1:30pm). Responsibilities include active engagement with both children, age-appropriate play, infant routines (diapering, bottles, tummy time), and keeping the girls’ room tidy — including washing, drying, and putting away their clothes into the labeled drawers. We prioritize gentle, play-based learning for our 2-year-old (colors, shapes, counting, language development, sensory activities, reading time, simple sorting / matching activities, etc.). Our goal is for her time with a caregiver to be enriching — not just “watching her.” Our top priorities are safety, presence, and reliability. No phone use during working hours unless for emergencies or direct communication from parent. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with toddlers/infants and is comfortable following family routines and guidelines. A short paid trial day will be scheduled before officially starting.
