About this nanny job

We are in need of evening coverage for our child starting in December, and running indefinitely. My husband and I both have demanding and unpredictable jobs, and we think that adding additional coverage for childcare is necessary. We will guarantee 10 hours per week (we'd love someone who is flexible to extend beyond this on occasion), and we want someone who is comfortable putting our child to bed if we're both working late. However, we hope that we'll be home 2-3 nights a week to put our baby to bed, and therefore, we'd want someone who can contribute to some household tasks like cleaning, laundry, even some light meal prep as needed (assuming this is mostly for the baby). This is really providing us the peace of mind that we can work late as needed and our baby will be taken care of!
