About this nanny job

We are expecting in March of 2026 and will have leave, and assistance from family until about mid-August. My partner and I are both working full-time during the week, I work int he construction industry while my partner works as a Nurse Practitioner. I am born and raised from San Diego, and my partner is from upstate New York, both love the outdoors, the ocean, music, travel, spending time cuddled up on the couch with or dog, and everything else that San Diego has to offer. We are looking for someone to help carry the load during the work hours and want to find someone that can ensure safety for our baby girl, provide the support she needs throughout the day, transparency with us in terms of what is happening, and an overall bond that we can trust and build a strong relationship with to eventually have for a longer term!
