About this nanny job

Hello! We are a Culver City family looking for an enthusiastic, punctual, and professional mentor/helper for our three boys, two aged 11 and one 12, mostly to help with after-school pickups, driving to sports, going to shoot hoops with them, or play games until parents come home and take over. Sometimes the job will involve light errands like grocery shopping and cooking. Homework help would be a plus. We would love someone who brings ideas to the table of things they can do after school too, as we are screen-free on weeknights. We will pay any entry fees, cost, and food for cultural excursions. Hours are 4:30-6:30, Monday-Thursday, with potentially more hours for date nights/weekend coverage. We're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and confident in taking initiative, with a clean driving record and great references. Our boys are energetic and independent thinkers, and we're looking for someone who enjoys engaging with them and can offer gentle guidance as a positive role model.
