About this nanny job

Looking for a reliable nanny/mother’s helper to assist with our two young children (17 months and ~1 month) from Jan 22 - February 26. I (mom) would be home most of the time except for occasional appointments. I will need an extra set of hands while I’m recovering postpartum, especially to help with our toddler while I rest with/care for our newborn. There might be times when you have both children at once. You will provide engaging activities, prepare meals for the toddler, and assist with daily routines. We don’t allow any screen time for our children so being comfortable playing with them and interacting with them is a must. It's important to have experience with multiple children and a way to get to our house independently. Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday are preferred. We can be somewhat flexible with days and times. I’m looking for about 30 hours a week during daytime hours starting in the morning but could accommodate slightly fewer hours if needed. Ideal hours would look something like 8am-3pm with an hour break for you in between or 8am-2pm if you prefer not to have a break during the day. You will also be responsible for preparing small meals for the toddler and doing light dishes when he’s finished eating. Must be capable of adhering to food and medication allergy dietary restrictions and I will have his food in the house already. Willingness to help with light household duties/cleaning if both children are napping is a plus. It’s also helpful if you’re willing to assist with bath time, but not a requirement if that’s out of your comfort zone.
