Overnight Sleep-Training Nanny Needed for 15-Month-Old Time: 12am-4am We are looking for an experienced overnight nanny who specializes in sleep training toddlers. The goal is to help our 15-month-old learn to sleep through the night in his crib so mom and dad can rest before work. Schedule: Minimum of 3 nights per week, with the option to increase depending on what works for both sides. Start: ASAP Responsibilities: • Implement a consistent sleep-training plan • Support and soothe during night wakings • Keep track of sleep progress • Ensure a safe overnight environment Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience sleep-training infants/toddlers • Calm, patient, and reliable • CPR/First Aid preferred Allergies: nut allergy
