Hi! We’re a young, busy family looking for someone awesome to join our little crew and help care for our two kiddos in our home. We’ve got Jax, our sweet and curious 13-month-old who’s currently obsessed with anything superhero-related, and Willow, our 2-month-old who brings all the cuddles and chaos in the best way. We’re hoping to find someone dependable, patient, and genuinely kind, who enjoys being hands-on with little ones and doesn’t mind the usual baby-and-toddler shenanigans. We value communication, gentleness, and a good sense of humor — because let’s be real, life with two tiny humans requires at least a little bit of laughing-through-the-mess energy. My husband works 7-3:30p and I’m currently on the hunt to find a job back in my career field since having the babies, so having someone who feels comfortable in our home, respects routines, and helps keep the kids safe, stimulated, and loved is a huge priority for us. We try to keep things laid-back, positive, and welcoming, and we want our nanny to feel like part of the family, not just an employee.
