About this nanny job

Looking for a nanny to look after my infant and toddler. We are a Mexican and Pakistani family, we speak majority English with Spanish and Urdu. I, Juan, work everyday during the week and my wife Warda works in San Jose Monday thru Wednesday and from home on Thursday and Friday. I am looking for someone to help my daughter grow and learn, we have a play room dedicated filled with toys and activities the kids can use and my wife and I try to have outdoor activities for them during the day if weather permits. We are trying to find someone that can help us provided structure for our 3 year old daughter throughout the day. She is into spider man, princesses and dinosaurs, very shy at first but full of energy and bubbly once she warms up. We will have meals ready for them and ask that you the sitter heat them up and help feed them. Ideally we would be looking for a nanny that can speak English and either Spanish or Urdu with our kids.
