Nanny & Household Support Position We are seeking a reliable, patient, and compassionate nanny to assist with daily care for our children—an 8-month-old baby and a 13-year-old (verbal autistic) child—along with light household support. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys engaging children through play, learning activities, and developmental interaction, while also helping maintain a smooth, organized household environment. Responsibilities Include: • Providing nurturing care, supervision, and age-appropriate playtime • Supporting routines such as feeding, diapering, naptime, and hygiene for the baby • Offering gentle guidance, communication support, structure, and social interaction for the 13-year-old • Assisting with homework or learning activities as needed • Light household chores (dishes, laundry, meal prep, tidying common areas, organizing) • Occasional errands or support as needed • Creating a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for both children Qualifications: • Experience caring for infants and/or children with autism or neurodiverse needs preferred • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain • Strong communication skills, patience, and understanding • Ability to multitask, follow routine, and remain dependable • Comfortable with an active family environment This role is ideal for someone who loves children, values structure and teamwork, and is looking for a long-term fit where they can make a meaningful difference.
