About this nanny job

We are looking for a caring, reliable person to help with after-school care for our two children, ages 6 and 8. We hope to find someone who enjoys engaging with kids, supports learning, and can create a fun, structured, and relaxing afternoon routine. Responsibilities include: • After-school pickup and supervision • Encouraging educational, physical, and imaginative play (screen-free preferred) • Preparing snacks and occasionally starting dinner • Light child-related chores (tidying play areas, assisting with backpacks, etc.) • Household help such as unloading the dishwasher • Letting out or feeding our two friendly dogs (walks welcome but not required) Our kids love being active, playing games, reading, and spending time outdoors. We’re looking for a calm, positive presence who can help them unwind after school while keeping them engaged. At times, up to two additional neighborhood children may join for play or short-term care; advance notice will always be provided. If you are warm, trustworthy, and enjoy working with school-aged children, we’d love to hear from you!
