AFTER-SCHOOL CAREGIVER NEEDED (Fayetteville /Cumberland County, NC) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–6:30 PM Pay: Flat rate $125/week (guaranteed) Start Date: Summer/Fall 2025 I am looking for a reliable, patient caregiver for my 6-year-old son, Kingsley. He is autistic and nonverbal, so I’m looking for someone who is calm, consistent, and comfortable working with a child who communicates differently. Experience with autism is a plus, but I’m willing to train the right person who has the heart and patience for special needs. Responsibilities: • Pick up from school at 3 PM • Provide after-school care and supervision • Light meal or snack prep • Help prep for bedtime (lay out clothes, organize bag) • Maintain a calm, structured routine Ideal For: • College students (psych, special ed, childhood ed, SLP, OT, etc.) • Teacher assistants or school staff • Stay-at-home moms • Retired caregivers • Anyone looking for a consistent, low-stress afternoon job Requirements: • Reliable transportation • Patience, kindness, and consistency • Comfortable learning Kingsley’s routine and communication style If interested, please message me with your experience, availability, and at least one reference.
