Job Title: Full-Time Nanny (Mandarin-Speaking Preferred) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location: San Ramon, CA Overview: We are seeking a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny to take care of our 1-year-old baby. The ideal candidate will be attentive, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting our child’s development. A Mandarin-speaking nanny is preferred, as we would love to incorporate Mandarin into our baby’s daily routine. Responsibilities: Provide attentive, nurturing care to a 1-year-old throughout the day Prepare and feed age-appropriate solid meals for the baby (breakfast, lunch, and snacks) Plan and engage in developmentally appropriate activities, including playtime, reading, and outdoor walks (weather permitting) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the baby Follow the baby’s nap schedule and routines, good at putting baby to sleep Prepare a healthy family dinner daily for a household of three Light housekeeping related to baby care (e.g., cleaning bottles/dishes, tidying play areas) Communicate with parents about the baby’s daily activities, meals, and progress Requirements: Prior experience caring for infants or toddlers Ability to prepare nutritious meals Mandarin-speaking (preferred) CPR/First Aid certification Non-smoker Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Authorization to work legally Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
