Part-Time Weekend/Evening Mothers Helper Needed — Active, Engaging, & Experienced! Must have hands on experience with kids. Location: South Bay
Schedule- YOU WILL NOT BE CARING FOR KIDS ALONE- It's a mother's helper position. * Saturdays or Sundays, 9 AM–1 PM
OR * Weekdays, 3 PM–7/8 PM We are a warm, busy family with four young kids experienced, active sitter to help with playtime, structure, and support during weekend mornings or weekday afternoons/evenings. What We’re Looking For We need someone who is: * Energetic & playful — enjoys being outdoors, doing activities, arts and crafts, and keeping kids engaged * Experienced with multiple children (bonus if you’ve worked with big families!) * Confident managing routines — transitions, snacks, playtime, cleanup after kids and cooking. * Reliable, communicative, and professional * Comfortable enforcing gentle boundaries and keeping kids safe * A self-starter who jumps in where needed * Legal to work in the U.S. * Has their own transportation Role Responsibilities * Playtime, activities, and outdoor supervision * Light tidying of play areas used with the kids * Kids laundry * Helping maintain structure and routines * Occasional simple meal/snack help * Supporting parents and coordinating with our caregiver team Compensation * Competitive hourly pay DOE * Long-term role available for the right fit
