About this nanny job

Hi! We’re a busy family looking for a caring, reliable babysitter to help with our 10-month-old daughter during the day. Our ideal caregiver will watch her at our home, while my husband works remotely and I am offsite. My husband will be available for any emergencies. What You’ll Be Doing: • Engaging with our daughter through play, reading, and age-appropriate activities • Feeding her meals and snacks, and warming up pre-prepared food if needed (no cooking from scratch required) • Supporting our ongoing sleep training routine with consistency and patience • A little bit of TV is fine—we try to minimize screen time and do not show her phone screens unless FaceTiming Important Notes: • No one will be able to prepare meals from scratch during the day, but we’re happy to provide a stipend for food delivery for lunch if needed • We will keep the kitchen stocked with preferred snacks and drinks • We have three cats, but you will not be responsible for their care • My husband’s meeting schedule is typically set at the start of the day, but can sometimes be unpredictable—if you need a specified lunch or break time that is completely child-free, we can discuss and try to accommodate as best as we can Requirements: • Experience caring for infants and a genuine love for children • Comfortable following routines and encouraging healthy habits • Reliable, responsible, and communicative Schedule & Hours: • Generally 8am-5pm on Thursdays and/or 8a-4p on Fridays, but can potentially be adjusted We’re looking for someone warm, engaging, and patient—someone who can help our daughter feel secure while we are away.
