POSITION 4 — Commitment: Short term. Jan 10, 2026 – March 14, 2026 Schedule: Saturdays • 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Duration: Temporary contract → January 10 to March 14 only Responsibilities: Baseball Play & Activity Supporting a child on the autism spectrum to practice basic baseball skills in a group setting. Must either know baseball fundamentals or enjoy learning and teaching through play Provide positive encouragement and gentle redirecting. Ideal For Coaches, high school or college students, athletes, or anyone who enjoys sports/play, is patient, and loves supporting neurodiverse kids. Location: Mission Viejo, CA Pay: $20~30/hour (depending on any verified qualification or certification) All roles require: Background check • Payroll employment • Experience or comfort working with a very sweet child on the autism spectrum. *IMPORTANT NOTE* - There are three completely separate positions with different schedules and responsibilities are available. - You may apply for ONE role only or apply for MORE.
