HIGH-END VACANCY — LIVE-IN ROTATIONAL NANNY Miami, South-West Coconut Grove Twins · 2.5 years · VIP Family · Discretion & Professionalism Required A high-profile international family based in South-West Coconut Grove, Miami, is seeking an exceptional live-in rotational nanny to provide comprehensive care for twin boys aged 2.5 years. The family values calm energy, emotional maturity, reliability and an elevated standard of childcare. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, a polished demeanor, and the ability to integrate seamlessly into a refined household environment. Key Duties • Full 24/7 childcare coverage during rota: supervision, routines, emotional comfort, gentle discipline. • Maintaining structure and consistency within the boys’ daily schedule. • Ensuring a well-organized, hygienic environment: clothing, toys, nursery, play areas. • Mealtime support: set-up, light assistance, post-meal organization. • Educational and developmentally appropriate activities, sensory play, outdoor time. • Packing, preparing and accompanying the children during family travel. • Coordinating smoothly with the family’s educator and household team. Schedule • Rotational placement: 4/4, 4/3 or similar. • Live-in requirement during working shift. Candidate Profile We seek an individual with: • At least 5 years of experience in private families; twin experience highly desirable. • Warm, composed and emotionally intelligent presence. • Strong command of English (B2+). • Valid driver’s license. • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. • High discretion, excellent boundaries, confidentiality, and refined interpersonal skills. • Passport willingness and availability to travel with the family.
