I’m Sarah, with Allies for Allies, an approved UrbanSitter partner, and we’re helping a family in Novato who is seeking a patient, reliable, and understanding caregiver to support their 10 year daughter with Autism, on a part-time basis on weekends. Responsibilities: Behavioral/emotional regulation Redirecting looping behaviors Sensory engagement Community outings (parks, walks, active play) Bathroom reminders/light hygiene Transportation required Schedule: Friday evenings, or Saturday and Sunday during day (10am-2pm preferred) Two 3–4 hour weekend shifts per week Ideal candidate: Experience with ASD/ADHD or behavioral support Patient, calm, and confident English-speaking Non-smoker Comfortable with pets (have one cat and may get a dog) 18+ with reliable car, clean driving history, valid license and insuranceNanny job details
