About this nanny job

Hello! We are looking for a reliable and caring babysitter/nanny for our two little ones ages 1 and 2. Both are very friendly, happy, and outgoing toddlers who love music, dancing, playing, and staying engaged. They only fuss when they need the basics like meals, diapers, or comfort. They both nap once around midday. Our Work Schedules Both parents work early mornings. My fiancé works in HVAC. I am beginning my barista career at Peet’s Coffee in Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Our shifts typically start around 4:30 AM and end between 2–3 PM, sometimes earlier. Scheduling Details Our schedule is still being set right now, so days and hours can be flexible and may vary week-to-week. However: You will always know the schedule in advance. I will keep you informed the moment I receive my shifts. Communication is very important to us, and we will always make sure you’re not left guessing. What We Need From a Caregiver Early morning availability (around 3:30AM) Responsible care for a 1-year-old and 2-year-old Help with: breakfast diapers playtime keeping them engaged their midday nap routine Who We’re Looking For Warm, patient, and experienced with toddlers Reliable with early mornings Comfortable caring for two active babies Kind, communicative, and trustworthy CPR/First Aid is a plus (but not required) About Our Family We are a loving, hardworking family who values honesty, respect, and a positive relationship with our caregiver.
