About this nanny job

I am currently expecting an infant baby boy that will need standard infant care (0 mo. to 12 mos.). I would prefer to bring him to your home, but am willing to allow for him to be babysat in his own home if the sitter would prefer that instead. He will be coming from a home of non-smokers so non-smokers are preferred. He will also be in a home that has pets, so a sitter will need to be ok with animals being around. He will be on a schedule and I would prefer that he sticks to that schedule as closely as possible. A potential sitter will need to be willing to have an in-person interview with myself and/or my son's father. Also, a potential sitter will need to be able to pass a background check if they haven't already had one done. Furthermore, any potential sitters will need to be able to do a few trial days while myself and/or my son's father are present.
