We're a work-from-home family with three homeschooled kids (3, 7, 9) seeking a warm, steady, and intellectually engaged caregiver who is comfortable working with older kids in a home classroom as well as providing more conventional childcare. The older two kids work at a very accelerated pace in some subjects; the youngest still needs hands-on guidance and care.
