About this nanny job

I work a 4 on 4 off schedule which means my schedule varies. I work 2 day shifts 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. & 2 night shifts 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. My wife currently works from home her shift starts at 12 p.m. We are looking for somebody to care for our 1-year-old son 2-3 days out the week for about 6 hours a day approximately 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the days I work day shift.
