I’m seeking a reliable and trustworthy caretaker for my son with consistent after-school availability. Position Details: • School pickup at 4pm, Monday-Friday • Care for 2-3 hours after pickup (sometimes just drop-off at family member’s home) • On-call availability during the day for sick days or school closures • Light duties - most days are just pickup, lunch, pamper changes, brief supervision, and drop-off What’s Provided: • Use of my vehicle for school pickup/drop-off • Access to my home if needed during care hours • Consistent, predictable schedule Compensation: • $855/month guaranteed retainer (paid through TeamCare NJ + Myself) • Extra pay for sick day care when my son needs to stay home from school • Payment for all hours worked Requirements: • Reliable and punctual • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Flexible availability Monday-Friday (on-call basis) • Trustworthy and responsible with children • Experience with child care preferred Schedule: This is essentially an on-call position with guaranteed afternoon hours. You’ll have consistent work picking him up from school and watching him briefly each weekday, with additional hours/pay when he’s sick or school is closed.
