My daughter is a smart, thoughtful person that loves to play outside, physical play, reading, music & dancing, any craft or art project, she's all in. Loves to talk and explore. I have a closet FULL of crafts, games, etc. - you'll have LOTs of options. Ideal pairing qualities: you are relaxed and like to laugh, you spend time with crafts / games / activities in mind. You let the child figure things out for themselves and try new things. Positive reinforcement and redirection is our style - she is such a great person. You'll enjoy working with her after school. She is independent in the bathroom and learning to make her own snacks...so keeping things clean after play (and making sure she does most of the cleaning) is all we need :)Nanny job details
