About this nanny job

We are seeking a dependable and organized Nanny–Tutor to provide after-school care and academic support for our school-age daughter. This role includes daily transportation, meal preparation, and maintaining consistent evening routines. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working a rotating schedule, including occasional 2 PM–10 PM shifts, and will bring strong skills in reading, handwriting, and math support. Responsibilities include school pickup, safe transportation to activities, preparing snacks or meals, supervising homework, and reinforcing positive routines. The Nanny–Tutor will help build academic confidence through reading fluency, pronunciation, handwriting practice, and full math support aligned with our child’s current grade level. This position requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, prior childcare experience, and the ability to pass a background check. Candidates must be comfortable providing care in our home, supporting schoolwork, and communicating clearly with the parent.
