Full-Time Nanny Needed for Infant & School-Aged Child We are a warm, structured family seeking a reliable, experienced full-time nanny to support our household and care primarily for our 7-month-old daughter, with additional supervision for our 10-year-old son. Schedule: • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Every Thursday off • Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed, but not frequently and with advance notice Primary Responsibilities: Infant Care (Primary Focus): • Loving, attentive care for a 7-month-old infant • Feeding, bottle preparation, diapering, bathing, and maintaining daily routines • Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities (reading, play, sensory activities) • Transporting the infant to outings or appointments as needed • Maintaining cleanliness related to the baby (bottles, toys, nursery organization) School-Aged Child Support: • Transporting our 10-year-old son to school in the morning and picking him up in the afternoon • Providing supervision after school (he is very independent) • Supporting homework routines and school-related responsibilities • Transporting him to activities when needed Additional Family Dynamic: We also have a 5-year-old autistic son. Direct caregiving is NOT required for him. However, the nanny will be expected to help coordinate shared play and sibling activities at home so all children can interact positively and safely together under parental guidance. Additional Expectations: • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record • Comfortable transporting children • Strong communication skills, reliability, and punctuality • Ability to follow routines while remaining flexible • Prior infant care experience required Compensation: • Hourly rate negotiable based on experience • Long-term opportunity for the right candidate We are seeking someone nurturing, dependable, and confident who can become a trusted part of our family and provide consistent, high-quality care.
