We have a 6-month-old and are looking for an experienced, reliable caregiver for daytime babysitting on weekends as needed plus occasional weekdays. This isn’t one-time—if it’s a great fit, we’d love an ongoing, long-term arrangement. We want someone who enjoys floor play and actively helps baby practice skills (rolling, tummy time, reaching/grasping)—not just supervision. Typical shifts: 3–8 hours. Duties include bottle feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and engaged play. Preferred: recent infant experience, safe sleep practices, reliable; CPR/First Aid a plus. Response time: please reply within 1–2 hours for urgent weekday requests and within 24 hours for weekend planning (even just “yes/no/can’t”).
