My husband and I are looking for a great nanny to care for our baby girl (born in mid-October) in Cow Hollow in San Francisco, starting in February/March 2026. Ideally, we would like someone full-time starting in early February, but we have some flexibility if we can find the right person! We are looking for someone who can work a consistent 45 hours each week (7am-4pm Monday through Friday). We are also open to additional guaranteed weekly time, if it works for both parties! My husband and I both work full time in corporate jobs. I work from home most days in a separate office room and my husband works in an office 5 days a week. I travel for work once every few months (infrequently) and would likely need to shift hours those weeks to better accommodate my husband’s work schedule. We're looking for someone that might be interested in a long term relationship with our growing family! The ideal nanny would: -Have experience with babies / young children -Provide loving care for our baby -Support naps/feeds/routines + age-appropriate developmental play -Manage baby-related organization, bottles, laundry, diaper bag, etc. -Cook for the child, once she is eating solids -Help find enrichment opportunities outside of the home (e.g., music class, play groups) -Be certified for CPR / first aid and fully vaccinated (Covid, flu, TDAP, etc) -Be willing to be paid on the books with a W-2 -Be a strong communicator who is digitally savvy (e.g., willing to log milestones in an app / google doc) -Have a drivers license -Not mandatory, but it would be a “nice to have” if you have a safe car that could be used to transport child -Must love babies, be very reliable, and enjoy collaborating with loving new parents!
