We're looking for a kind and quirky caregiver to mind our nine year old daughter who has ASD. She's a great kid with an interest in Pokemon, sonic the hedgehog, and musical theater (currently she's hooked on Cats, the musical and the animal). FJ is able to do most things other 9yo's can however her ASD is most notable in her language skills. For this job we'd require the caregiver to warm up FJ's favorite dinner, rice with soy sauce broccoli and fruit, which will be precooked and ready. Then the bedtime routine which she can do independently, she just needs help putting on her hair bonnet and starting her sleep playlist on Spotify. If things go well we'd offer regular jobs to the right caregiver. My wife and I like to have plenty of mom days and mom dates so we're looking for someone who can provide reoccurring care when needed. Our family lives between Greenwood and Bitterlake near Broadview library. We are a Queer BIPOC neurodiverse family with radical views on human rights (HOT TAKE: everyone should have them) and would like a caregiver that can work with our unique family. We have an old cat (Himalayan) and a large dog (Newfypoo), both are friendly critters who don't require care other than letting the dog out before bedtime.Babysitting job details
