Mom is going to work outside the home. Dad is WFH. Need childcare coverage for the day while mom is working. Hoping to find someone who is experienced, patient and kind. Primary focus will be ensuring baby’s safety and well-being (feed, play, diaper change, etc), along with light baby related tasks like baby laundry if needed. We are on our solids journey and would be great if you are comfortable with helping feed solids to baby (we’ve been doing mainly BLW). Baby is army crawling now so encouraging movement and crawling also! We like the Reggio Emilia approach and try to incorporate that philosophy in our care.Babysitting job details
