We’re a thoughtful, organized family in Irving Park looking for help caring for our sweet 17-month old daughter. This is a part-time, team-style role and a great match for someone who’s dependable, kind, and enjoys helping out with young children during key parts of the day. Responsibilities include helping get our daughter ready and out the door in the morning, supporting daycare drop-off (including walking through a parking lot and going up/down stairs); occasionally transporting her to daycare in the family car. What we’re looking for:  Experience with toddlers  Valid IL driver’s license and clean driving record  Pediatric First Aid and CPR certified (or open to getting certified)  Dependable, communicative, and good with routines Pay and logistics:  $20–$22/hour via household payroll with applicable taxes deducted  Hiring contingent upon proof of US work authorization, background check, and Work Agreement signed by both parties  The ideal candidate will be able to commit to the role for at least 6 months  Looking to complete trial shifts the week of 9/28, with someone in the position on a permanent basis the week of 10/5
