We’re a thoughtful, organized family in Irving Park looking for help caring for our sweet 17-month old daughter. This is a part-time, team-style role and a great match for someone who’s dependable, kind, and enjoys helping out with young children during key parts of the day. Responsibilities include supporting daycare pick-up (including walking through a parking lot and going up/down stairs); helping with evening routine, including dinner, bath/bedtime routine, light baby chores (dishes, laundry); occasionally transporting her to/from daycare in our family car. What we’re looking for:  Experience with toddlers  Valid IL driver’s license and clean driving record  Pediatric First Aid and CPR certified (or open to getting certified)  Dependable, communicative, and good with routines Pay and logistics:   $20–$22/hour via household payroll with applicable taxes deducted  Hiring contingent upon proof of US work authorization, background check, and Work Agreement signed by both parties  Ideal candidate will be able to commit to the role for at least 6 months  Looking to complete trial shifts the week of 9/28, with someone in the position on a permanent basis the week of 10/5
