Looking for an Evening Nanny for 2 Amazing Kids (West Loop, $25/hr (cash), ~16–20 hrs/week Hi! We’re a physician family with two fun school-aged kids (almost 6 and 8) looking for an evening nanny to join our team. Our wonderful nanny of 2 years is moving on to a full-time role, and we’d love to find someone equally reliable and loving. Hours: Monday–Thursday 5–8:30 PM (guaranteed 16 hrs/week) as well as occasional weekend/date nights if you’d like more hours. What we need help with: School pick-up & driving to activities/parks (car + clean driving record required) Dinner prep (vegetarian household — you’re welcome to eat with the kids!) Homework, reading, and fun activities Bath/bedtime routine Light clean-up/organizing (kids) We value someone who is reliable, professional, warm, patient, and can balance play with structure. Importantly, we are looking for a nanny who takes initiative and is comfortable making/communicating decisions. Most days we’ll be home by 7, so you’ll often be working alongside us, which will make evenings smoother and allow us to spend quality time with our kids (we are hands-off and intentional about not interfering with nanny work/process). Our morning nanny has been with us for 7 years, and our evening nannies have all stayed over a year until moving on to full-time careers. We truly value our caregivers and look forward to welcoming someone new into our family!
