We're looking for an upbeat, chatty nanny for our 6-year-old son, who is on the mild autism spectrum. One of us [Mom/Dad] will be home during this time. It’d be great if he can spend time outside. He's curious, loves talking about his interests. We need someone who can: Engage with him through conversation and shared interests Balance time between indoor creativity and outdoor fun Guide him positively during occasional challenging behaviors Work collaboratively with us to maintain consistency and safetyBabysitting job details
