About this babysitting job
My family and I just moved here from Virginia Beach, and we're limited on many things being in a new place. One of those is a babysitter. I have three beautiful children—two are in school, and my 3-year-old just hangs out with me for now. I am looking into a permanent daycare, but I will still need sitter services from time to time. I would like to start with a phone interview. If that goes well, we can set up a paid meet-and-greet for about an hour at a park or library (or something along those lines) to see how it goes. We can bring lunch or Starbucks—your choice! If you get along well with the kids and it seems like a good fit, then I will need a sitter for about four hours or so on November 1st in the evening for all three kiddos. We can make payment arrangements before then and come to an agreement for your wages. If it doesn't seem like a good match, then you just got $25 in Starbucks or Panera bread for an hour of your time, so it'll be a win-win for you! If you and my children end up hitting it off, I will go out of my way to accommodate whatever needs to be done to keep my children happy. So, for any childcare after that (if you're interested), I would be very flexible with whatever your needs are to keep a consistent face with my little ones. I am a small business owner, so I generally have the luxury of making my own schedule. If my plans ever clash with your plans at any time, I can just rearrange things on my end 98% of the time. I don't need a Supernanny—just somebody I can trust to have my children's best interest at heart. They are super well-behaved and need very little correction, just the occasional time-out. For the most part, they just need a sitter who can show them new ways to have fun! *****""""""""ALSO**"""""""" If you are not mobile or do not have transportation, or whatever it is is not ap problem. I am willing to work something out with the sitter who is the best fit for my kiddos. Maybe me or my aunt picking up/dropping off or just getting you a Lyft/Uber to and from, whatever your comfortable with. We actually ended up getting a vehicle for our last nanny, and it wasn't to make our situation any easier; it was simply because of how much love and care she showed our family. I'm not rich, but I'm alright. We are a super laid back home an we try our hardest not to stress on the small things in life! We all have rough patches in life, so no matter your situation, don't let it keep you from reaching out!Babysitting job details
