About this babysitting job
Looking for someone with experience watching kids on the spectrum. Our son is 6 and nonverbal but very intelligent and communicative in his own way. His sisters are very helpful and always willing to help interpret or assist him or the babysitter in anyway. Their dad and I work 15 mins away and can come home immediately for any emergency. Both younger kids are in diapers still but can full use the toilet if reminded and with some assistance. I find keeping them on a 30 min reminder always helps with less diaper changes.Babysitting job details
