About this babysitting job

This is a recurring job to pick up my daughter from the bus. She has classic autism and requires an adult to be here at drop off. I set the time for 3 p.m. but you can come earlier if you want, as long as you can be here at 3 p.m. for a 3:30 drop-off. M-F. Most holidays you wouldn't be needed but those are flexible. You may need to assist with some monthly needs or accidents, but that should be few. She needs attention some days so you'll need to be patient as she can get repetitive or fussy but it's manageable. She will otherwise just need a snack and her tablet/headphones. Picking up from school and being available for sick care is a plus, along with any experience with autism. We also have a medium dog who's friendly but gets excited around new people. She's a good dog, just loves people; don't apply if you don't like dogs. Other things that would help us out around the house: light housework: dishes, load of laundry (towels), sweep/mop once or twice a week, dust and tidy up living room, and cleanup any messes. My wife and I both work so any help would be appreciated. I can pay with cash but I'm forgetful. Else it's a check every two weeks on my payday.
