We are seeking nanny/babysitter help for our 3 kids - (4.5), (2) and (1 month old). We live in Lakeview East. 4.5 year old and 2 year old go to school 5 days a week. We are interested in having nanny/babysitter help during the following times: Monday to Thursday 7-10am 3-6pm *could add an hour or 2 if interested for additional housekeeping time Morning responsibilities: From 7-8am this person would help me get girls ready (dressed, teeth brushed, hair done) and help me get their breakfast ready. I would primarily deal with baby but definitely will be around helping with the girls too when not tending to baby. From 8-9am, I’ll typically be dropping girls off at school and would need this person to stay home with the baby. It helps if the applicant has a clean driving record/is comfortable driving in Chicago and can fill in for me occasionally to drive girls to school if needed but I anticipate that being rare. 9-10am - housekeeping like laundry, light clean up, dishes, potentially watching baby while I am out Afternoon/evening responsibilities: 3-4pm - housekeeping like laundry, light clean up, dishes, potentially watching baby while I am out 4-5pm - Care for baby at home while I am picking up girls at school. On rare occasions, I could need this person to pick up the girls while I am with baby. 5-6pm - Care for all 3 children at home with my help and/or my husband's help, typically while one of us is prepping dinner. I should also mention that we have a French bulldog named Madi. If the applicant is not a dog person, we can discuss putting Madi in the crate for much of the time they are here, but it certainly helps if the person doesn't mind dogs. This position as described would likely start December 1, 2025 and go through Dec 1, 2026 with the possibility of needing help after that still, perhaps reduced hours.Nanny job details
