About this nanny job

Seeking a full time nanny for an adorable and sweet 1 year old girl. An ideal person loves children, has previous childcare experience, understands childhood development with a focus on creating a nurturing and educational environment, and likes to get on the floor and play! Responsibilities include ensuring child safety, initiating age-appropriate activities, maintaining a daily routine, meal prepping, child-related chores like doing her laundry and keeping her play spaces neat, and some light-household work like unloading the dishwasher and taking out the trash as needed. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. I am a single mother (by choice) and do need some occasional flexibility but can also accommodate occasional flexibility needs. We both adore our current nanny who unfortunately is leaving for personal reasons but can provide a reference upon request. I will also seek references so please plan to provide. Start date could be sooner if desired. Ideally would have a couple of paid “trial run” days before starting.
