Part-Time / Flexible Caregiver for Infant Experienced Infant Caregiver Needed Looking for a seasoned nanny / caretaker with strong infant experience, especially someone comfortable with a baby born prematurely. Flexible, Week-to-Week Schedule We need care on a flexible, week-by-week basis until our parental leave ends and we can establish a more permanent schedule. In-Home Care in Our Apartment Must be available to work in our home; when baby is napping, light clean-up around the apartment is expected. Child Development Engagement Caregiver should have experience in child development, be able to play with and engage the baby, and encourage age-appropriate developmental activities. Feed, Soothe, and Nap Routine Responsibilities include feeding, soothing, and putting the baby down for naps reliably. Warm, Nurturing Personality We want someone gentle, patient, and caring — who can bond with our baby and provide comfort when she’s upset. Comfort with Parents Working Nearby Both parents work from home, often in the apartment — must be comfortable with us being present and close by. Safety Certification Required Must have CPR (and ideally first-aid) certification, plus references demonstrating reliability and safety. Strong References & Background We will need previous childcare references; someone with background checks or proven track record is strongly preferred.
