Seeking a fun, patient, and energetic babysitter for our rambunctious 8-year-old nephew! We’re heading out for dinner and drinks to celebrate my birthday 🎉 so we’re looking for someone sweet, playful, and reliable who can hang with our little dude while we’re out. By the time you arrive, he’ll already be fed and showered (small miracles!), and his screen/phone time ends at 8pm unless it’s a family member calling. After that, feel free to jump into board games, hide and seek, or whatever imaginative adventure he comes up with! Bedtime: 9pm sharp He loves being read to once he’s tucked in — just 15–20 minutes is perfect. Snacks: Allowed until 8:30pm if he asks. Pets: We have two friendly, hypoallergenic dogs who will already be fed and walked. They’ll probably just want to hang out and give you moral support. Parking: It can be a little tricky in our area, but you can usually find parking around 7th & Logan or 9th & Logan. Help yourself to anything in the fridge or pantry if you get hungry! Since it is my birthday outing, I requested a range of time — but I’m also hoping for someone who might be a little flexible, just in case we’re out a tad longer. Please let me know if you’re open to that! ❤️ We typically pay via Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp. Can’t wait to find someone wonderful to hang with our kiddo! 💫 Posting again as someone accepted, then canceled because they realized they weren’t in town after all that day.
