Follow baby’s feeding and nap routines Lead age-appropriate developmental play (60–90 minutes/day), including tummy time, sensory activities, motor-skill play Read books — bonus if you are familiar with Chinese pinyin (we have books in English and Chinese!) Infant care: diapering, soothing, and maintaining safety Baby-related tidying (bottles, play area, laundry as needed) Daily walks (weather permitting) Participation in pre-approved activities such as library visits or other local group/paid baby classes
