About this nanny job

I'm looking for a part-time babysitter for my 3 y/o and 18-month-old sons. Also looking for someone to help around the house (clean up after the kids, tidy, prep fruit, snacks, laundry, organizing, etc.). During busy times with work, we'll probably need help 3 days per week but once work calms down around March, we'll probably need help 2 days per week. We will get kids from preschool around 5:30/6p so just need help in the evenings with dinner, snack time, and prep for bed. Parents will most likely be home the whole time. The time from 4-5:30/6p is spent getting house tidied and light snack/meal prep for when the kids come home. We'd like to do background check, interview, query 3-5 references and check past work experiences. We'd also like to know CPR and other childcare certifications. Rate starts at $15/hour and will increase with more experienced/qualified candidates with experience with young children, multiple children, etc.
