Childcare Provider Needed (Flexible Schedule Required) I am looking for a reliable and flexible childcare provider due to the demanding nature of my career. My work schedule changes every three months, so flexibility is very important. Pay can be bi-weekly (aligned with my pay schedule), or we can discuss another arrangement that works for both of us. Schedule Needs: Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays Willingness to work overtime when needed Must be flexible, as I occasionally receive work mandates Clear communication about needs and expectations is important so we can maintain a positive and happy working relationship. Childcare Details: Care is for my daughter, Jazmine She attends school in the mornings Weekend pick-ups are required Transportation is necessary I will handle morning drop-offs and pick-ups You may need to feed her; meals can be provided Helping with homework is a plus Above all, I am looking for someone kind, understanding, dependable, and patient.
